Who is Heritage 1879 for?

Heritage 1879 is perfect for anyone planning a smaller, more intimate event that deserves a beautiful setting. Our venue is ideal for micro-weddings, bridal or baby showers, baptisms, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and any celebration where warmth, style, and connection matter more than crowd size.

What is the capacity of the venue?

Our space comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests seated. It’s intentionally designed for more intimate, personal gatherings that allow your guests to feel connected and relaxed.

What’s included in the rental?

Every rental includes tables, chairs, premium tablecloths, restroom access, set-up and tear-down (within your rental time), parking, 2 lounge areas, coat room, wifi-access, and an on-site host at the beginning of your event. Optional upgrades like a projector/sound system or candlelit centerpieces are also available.

Unlike generic banquet halls or loud, inflexible restaurants, Heritage 1879 offers a thoughtfully designed space inside a restored historic building. You'll enjoy exclusive access, vintage charm, two cozy lounge areas, and a personal experience that feels anything but commercial — all with modern amenities and stress-free planning.

Can we bring our own food, drinks, or vendors?

Yes! While Heritage 1879 does not provide catering, we encourage you to bring in your own caterer, bartender, or vendors of choice. This gives you full flexibility to customize your event exactly how you envision it.

As for alcohol: the venue is BYOB — beer and wine only. Hard liquor is not permitted on the premises. No one under 21 is allowed to consume alcohol at any time, and the renter is fully responsible for monitoring guest behavior and compliance with this policy.

When can we book, and how does the process work?

We’re now accepting bookings for events starting January 2026.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. We also offer private tours by appointment, so you can experience the space in person before booking. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund 30-days prior to event. 50% refund less than 30-days before event.
